Our steakhouse is located next to the San Carlos Events Center on the west side of the casino property.
360 Restaurant features a mouthwatering menu of perfectly cooked steaks, southern classics, delicious desserts and more. Wonderful dinner specials are available Monday through Thursday and also a very popular Sunday Brunch. The sleek, sophisticated setting also includes a full bar and Private Dining Room that seats up to 24 guests that is perfect for luncheons, family get-togethers and more.

Summit Coffee is the perfect way to begin the day, or jumpstart the night! We proudly serve freshly brewed Starbucks® coffee. Choose from a great selection of drinks from a traditional coffee to a caramel Frappuccino®. We also serve delicious pastries made fresh daily by local favorite Johnson’s Bakery and a selection of other assorted beverages.
